MMX is proud to be certified in recognition of our commitment to achieving customer satisfaction, whilst also minimising our impact on the environment and ensuring high standards of health and safety. In addition to this, we regularly engage with industry groups and are active members of several organisations to ensure we keep up to date and provide the best solutions for our customers.
Below are the certifications we currently hold, and a list of all associations we are active members in.
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. It helps us to improve customer satisfaction, staff motivation and helps create a culture of continuous improvement.
ISO 14001:2015 is an internationally accepted standard that helps us to manage our environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.
OHSAS 1800:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management Certification is an international standard which provides a framework to identify, control and decrease the risks associated with health and safety within the workplace.
ISO/IEC 27001:2013 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system within the context of the organisation.
UVDB is the utility industry pre-qualification system used by the utilities sector in the UK to manage risk within the supply chain and comply with EU regulation.
IRATA Probationary Membership
The IRATA membership allows us to offer rope access work as one of our many services. We will be granted full membership after a minimum of one year as a Probationary member.
European Utilities Telecom Council (EUTC) membership gains us access to the latest information on telecoms and technology issues affecting the electric, gas and water utilities industries.
EcoVadis Gold Rating for Corporate Social Responsibility
MMX is part of the TXO Systems Group which is rated to Gold standard by Ecovadis. This is the highest level of award available and has been granted for our exemplary commitment in areas concerning the Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Sustainable Procurement and Ethics.
Cyber Essentials & more
MMX is Cyber Essentials certified. The framework is a UK government information assurance scheme operated by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) that encourages organisations to adopt good practice in information security. Our work is also guided by the government’s Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI), and we fully comply with the Directive on security of network and information systems (NIS Directive). We abide by the industrial cyber security standards: ISA/IEC 62443 for SCADA and Industrial Control System security which have been endorsed by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
