Secure 24×7 Network Operations Centre (NOC)
MMX owns and operates a secure NOC. The purpose of this facility is real time monitoring of our own and client networks and immediate response to faults as they arise. In addition to this, our NOC allows us to take a long term view of system heath and performance over time so that proactive steps can be taken before service impacting defects arise.
Our personnel have SC clearance and also Government security accreditation in order to perform our day to day tasks. In addition to this our entire facility, including our NOC, is certificated under ISO 27001 and we hold Cyber Essentials status.
Our NOC services include:
- Ticket and incident management
- Fault find and diagnosis
- Dispatch of field engineer where required
- Production of detailed performance reporting for our clients
